Return Policy – Eva Ross Boutique
If you are not satisfied with your product or need to make a claim, you may return your order within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions listed at the bottom of this page. Once I receive your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 3–6 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Important Return Information
The return period is 30 days from the date of delivery.
The processing time for a return is 3–6 business days after I receive the returned item.
There are no repair fees.

I accept returns under the following circumstances
Canceling an order: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed. After that time, orders cannot be canceled.
Damage upon arrival: If you received a damaged product, please contact me immediately. I will provide the next steps.
Product defect or issue after use: For manufacturing defects or functional issues, I will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Change of mind: If you regret your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item, please contact me for instructions.
Received the wrong product: If you received an incorrect item, contact me right away and I will resolve the issue quickly.
How to start a return
Contact me by email at eva@evarossboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos if necessary.
You will receive return instructions once I review your request.
Send the product back:
Please package the product carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Include the Track & Trace code and email it to eva@evarossboutique.com. Without this tracking code, the return may be invalid.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. My return address is located in China because items ship directly from my supplier.
Inspection and refunds
Once I receive your returned product, I will inspect it. If the item is damaged or the return form is incomplete, the return may be declined.
If everything is in order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 3–6 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Important note
Please make sure the return form is fully completed. Without the form, I cannot process your return.
Depreciation due to damage: If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, I may deduct an amount from the refund or refuse the return.
